Metro Medspa wasn’t ready to invest in a full website redesign, but they were ready to tell a stronger brand story and implement measurable marketing systems. Over the past two years, we refined their brand identity, aligning visuals, messaging, events, and operations to match their evolving goals. I developed a customized digital ad platform to capture and organize leads, then hired, trained, and onboarded an internal sales role to convert those leads into booked appointments—creating a seamless bridge between marketing and sales.
Each month, I analyzed past sales data to build targeted monthly specials that resonated with clients, resulting in over $250K in online digital sales from promotions alone.
