My Story

A Career Built on Startups, Strategy & Saying Yes

Tasha has always been drawn to start-ups and self-starters. How she got her first job—fresh out of college from a window under construction—is a story best told over a discovery call (and if you mention this, she’ll know you’re truly reading).

That early adventure led her to help build one of Chicago’s top female-focused coworking spaces, where she found not just a network, but the courage to launch Gittel Solutions. It was pre-pandemic—a risky time, but one that turned out to be a blessing in disguise. The business grew through word of mouth, built on trust and results, not ads or gimmicks.

From Chicago to St. Louis to Scottsdale and back again, Tasha has collaborated with powerhouse women-led businesses (and men, too), helping them sharpen their voice, elevate their visuals, and streamline their systems. Wherever she lands, she brings a deep sense of purpose and a unique ability to see not just what is—but what could be.

A Bit More About Tasha

Tasha is now back home in Chicago after a few transformative years living and working across the country—first in St. Louis, then Scottsdale—supporting her husband, Dr. Alan Stupnitsky, through his medical training. Along the way, she embedded herself in every new city’s business scene, leaving a trail of standout brands and powerful partnerships in her wake.

In St. Louis, she found her stride collaborating with some of the most inspiring, women-led businesses she’s ever known. Scottsdale brought a fresh wave of creativity and growth. And now, rooted once again in the city that shaped so much of her professional foundation, she’s bringing all of that perspective and passion back to her Chicago clients—and the ones who find her from afar.

When she’s not buried in Figma files or mapping out an ops flow in her project dashboard, you can usually find her walking her Bernedoodle, Louis Archibold (named, of course, after the Gateway Arch), sipping on an iced matcha, and thinking up new business ideas—both for herself and for the people around her. Tasha has a real love for launching. If you’ve got an idea on the back burner or a “someday” vision you’ve been holding onto, don’t be surprised if she brings it up in your discovery call. She can’t help but dream big—and she loves when others do too.

Gittel Solutions was born out of this passion: the joy of building something from the ground up, watching it take shape, and guiding others through the sometimes-overwhelming process of making their dream real. Today, she brings that same energy to every project, treating each client’s vision with the same care and commitment she would her own.
